Q. Reservations are required, but are there cancellation fees?
A. If you cancel on the day, we will charge a cancellation fee of 2,000 yen.

Q. Does cosmetic acupuncture cause internal bleeding?
A. When the needle touches the capillaries, bleeding may occur inside the skin, and in rare cases, internal bleeding may occur. If you are not suffering from any illness, poor health, or serious symptoms, the symptoms will generally disappear after a certain period of time. It will disappear in as little as 2-3 days, and in as long as 3-4 weeks.

Q. Can you remove my makeup?
A. It will be removed when undergoing herbal peeling or injection.

Please cleanse your eye makeup yourself.

Q. Could you tell me about the detox reaction after herbal peeling?
A. This is not the type of herbal peeling that exfoliates the skin and regenerates it, so many people say they do not experience any particular detox reactions, but those with sensitive skin or weak skin may experience some kind of reaction.

Q. Who cannot receive herbal peeling?
A. Those with a keloid tendency, those with telangiectasia, those with facial scars, those with excessive sunburn, pregnant or breastfeeding women, those who have been prescribed medication by a doctor (such as steroids), those who have had minor plastic surgery or permanent makeup within the last 3 weeks, those who have had surgery within the last 3 months, and those who have had laser treatment, photofacial treatment, hair removal or other treatment that puts a strain on the skin within the last 3 weeks.

Please refrain from using cosmetics containing tretinoin or hydroquinone for one week before and after the treatment.

Q. What are the hours for reservations?
A. We are available from 9am to 8pm on weekdays, and until 7pm on holidays and weekends. We also offer treatments outside of business hours, so please contact us. We are closed on irregular days.
