1. Orientation (30 mins)
• History and background of ear acupuncture
• Basic concept of ear acupressure
• Expected effects (beauty, health, relaxation, etc.)
• Precautions/contraindications
2. Basics of Ear Anatomy and Acupressure Points (60 minutes)
• Explanation of ear structure and reflex zones
• Location and role of major acupressure points (for beauty, dieting, stiff shoulders, stress relief, etc.)
• Importance of pre-treatment counselling
3. Practical: How to find and stimulate ear acupoints (90 minutes)
• How to properly find ear acupoints (palpation and identifying the right points)
• Types of ear acupuncture jewelry, stickers, and beads and how to choose them
• Practical treatment practice (pair work)
• Appropriate pressure and stimulation method
