• Basic concept of ear acupressure
• Expected effects (beauty, health, relaxation, etc.)

2. Basics of Ear Anatomy and Acupressure Points (60 minutes)
• Explanation of ear structure and reflex zones
• Location and role of major acupressure points (for beauty, dieting, stiff shoulders, stress relief, etc.)

3. Practical: How to find and stimulate ear acupoints (90 minutes)
